  2. Deliveries

              Delivery to Malta:

                 Orders placed from Monday to Friday - 2 Days Post Order Delivery      

              Delivery to GOZO:

                Orders placed from Monday to Thursday - Delivered on Friday 

                Orders placed from Friday to Saturday - Delivered on Monday

DELIVERY FEE of €5 on orders up to €20

DELIVERY FEE of €3.50 on orders from €21 to €44

FREE DELIVERY on orders over €45

  3. Returns

    We will honour a credit note and/or exchange for unwanted toys returned within 30 days upon:

     - Presentation of your purchase receipt as a valid proof of payment.
     - Packaging of items must be intact so that item is re-saleable (any items which are presented in poor condition/used will not be accepted)

Please Note: Sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 4. Defective Items 

               If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help.
               
                 We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it and provinding a replacement/credit note.
